Fermented Dairy Products: Kefir Sour cream Cottage cheese (tvorog) Traditional Kazakh fermented drinks: Ayran (including Turkish-style), Snowball (snezhok), Varenets Yoghurts — plain and flavored varieties for everyday consumption.
