Intago Kazakhstan LLP is a Kazakhstani industrial company implementing a major investment project for the construction of a modern nonwoven geotextile manufacturing plant. The facility is located in the Special Economic Zone “National Industrial Petrochemical Technopark” in Atyrau Region, leveraging the region’s strategic petrochemical infrastructure and favorable investment conditions. The project is aimed at meeting the growing domestic and regional demand for high-performance geosynthetic materials used in civil construction, transport infrastructure, hydraulic engineering, and agriculture. Production is based on 100% synthetic polymer fibers (primarily polypropylene), processed using needle-punching and/or thermal bonding technologies to ensure consistent mechanical strength, durability, and resistance to environmental impact. Key product: Intatex Geotextile — premium nonwoven geotextile manufactured from 100% polymer fibers. Main characteristics: – High tensile strength and elongation at break; – Excellent filtration, separation, reinforcement, and drainage properties; – Resistance to chemicals, UV radiation (with stabilizers), rot, mold, and biological degradation; – Available in various densities (from light to heavy grades), roll widths, and lengths according to specific project requirements. Main application areas: Road construction and infrastructure: – Separation and reinforcement layers in highways, railways, airport runways, and temporary access roads; – Prevention of subgrade and aggregate layer intermixing. Drainage and water management systems: – Filtration and separation in drainage trenches, French drains, stormwater retention basins, landfills, and treatment facilities. Bank protection and soil reinforcement: – Stabilization of riverbanks and shorelines; – Erosion control, slope reinforcement, retaining structures, and embankments. Agriculture and landscaping: – Weed suppression; – Soil stabilization in orchards, vineyards, greenhouses, sports fields, golf courses, and landscaping projects.
